Because every PlayAura piece is made-to-order and personalized, we follow a limited return policy. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Eligibility

• Damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Wrong item shipped that does not match your confirmed order.

Non-refundable

• Customized name boards, keychains or figurines with correct specifications.
• Change-of-mind requests once production has begun.
